2002 shouldnt make it bad. We pull those windows from 1993 vans and you only break it if you are a gorilla.

There are plastic tools available to help but I find Ford panels don't need them. Sportsmobile usually added screws to be able to mount blinds and stuff. Otherwise there wouldnt be any screws. They are work vans so easier to build and pull apart

Search for the write-up I did here on installing pop-out windows to see photos. It’s easy another trim is no biggie to remove.

Just sold a set on eBay and only have one set left. I doubt I will be offering any more, since I think I have all the parts I need for my build(s) and have stopped scavenging junkyards. My eBay price is $175. Forum price is still $165.
