Yap, just like it says. Seats with the bases. I am in Hood River, but frequent the Puget Sound area and could deliver if timing works out. Leather is in great shape. Used, but no tears or anything. Could probably use a pro clean as there is some discoloration on the backs and small spots in other areas, but nothing extreme.
