Agile does have rear shocks right now just not the fronts or the front coils.
Looking at the Moog website the sizing of all the spring options vary several inches. Its utterly confusing to me trying to figure out which spring will give me a good ride while not lifting me more than 1-1.5" up front. Agile thinks the CC880s is too stiff for my van with a 5.4. They recommended the 826 but said its discontinued. I'm not sure what to do at this point other than buy one and see what happens. Deaver is 8 weeks out on new leafs so I guess I have time to figure it out.

Take a look at the specs on the CC880 set made for lighter applications vs the CC880s, still progressive but not as stiff. Wondering why Agile didn’t give you those as an option?

I guess my uncertainty, and maybe doublevan2 as well, is that the installed and free heights vary and I don't know how to figure how much they will actually compress in my application and buying multiple sets to install and test isn't ideal. Numbers below are free height installed height and load per Moog site

81368 15.89" 6.8" 1700 Stock replacements

880s 16.6" 12" 3006

880 16" 13" 1850

860s 19.27" 16" 1797

826 18" 15" 1379 What Agile said they use to use on V8 engines

This is true and a way to save on new shocks. The down fall to this is it limits your down travel. This is not good for off road travel as it can cause lost traction by limiting contact to the surface therefore causing greater need for a traction enhancing device such as a locker. There is plus and minus to most modifications when dealing with the best of world for 4x4's. You will have to pick and choose your options.

sadly, on progressive springs, height alone or rate alone have little baring on vehicle height. Those only apply to linear springs (from what I understand).

Additionally the vans we put these on vary in weight a whole heck of a lot, which will also have an effect on vehicle height.

I have Bil shocks on my 5.4 and am waiting on some CC880 springs (which were back ordered). I'll let you know what my lift is when I install them, but I'm not expecting more than 1.5"

Thanks Spazegun2213. I would be curious to know what your current springs are and what they're installed height is compared to the CC880 when you get them installed.
I'll probably end up ordering the 880 and see what happens.

How’d that go? I have a 2000 5.4 quigley and a full RIP kit sans the new coils. Told me they’re discontinued but were based on the Moog CC826. I assumed with my 3560lb front half weight, I’d want them over the 880’s.
I have 285/70/17s on the van now, had to trim pinch welds a tiny bit. It’s fine now at static height, but still rubs on compression in locked turns. The springs will help but unless I limit the uptravel won’t I always suffer from this problem? That is unless I move the axle forward. Which would probably mean cutting my tubular control arms and welding in Johnny joints? Don’t think anyone makes off the shelf solutions. Ok just went on a bit of a ramble…

I installed the cc880 coils and they lifted the front end about an inch or so. So far I've been happy with them but like others have stated other springs may be softer or firmer depending on what you're looking for.
