sadly, on progressive springs, height alone or rate alone have little baring on vehicle height. Those only apply to linear springs (from what I understand).
Additionally the vans we put these on vary in weight a whole heck of a lot, which will also have an effect on vehicle height.
I have Bil shocks on my 5.4 and am waiting on some CC880 springs (which were back ordered). I'll let you know what my lift is when I install them, but I'm not expecting more than 1.5"
