SOLD: 2004 Ford e350 5.4l RB50 Ujoint 4x4

Selling our 2004 Ford e350 5.4 liter RB50 Ujoint 4x4 with 114k miles…asking 49k

We are the third owners, purchased on the forum in November 2016 with 101k miles. We live in Fort Collins CO and love the van, we simply don’t get it out enough. My hope was that we’d be doing more adventures but realistically with my work schedule we’re not using it enough to justify keeping it. My goal was to sleep in the van 24x year and we fell short in year one and even more so last year. This year I’ve slept in it twice

History:
The 2nd owner added solar and a new 400amp house battery in 2014
They had Ujoint install the 4x4 and a 6” lift in June 2015
They added a Warn winch and Ujoint front bumper in June 2015
I purchased in 2016 with 101k miles, currently it has 114k
I’ve had regular Oil Changes at Fort Collins 4x4 and had them inspect it
I winterize and store indoors from Nov-March

Drive Train:
e350 5.4 liter
Ujoint 4x4 and 6” lift
Warn locking front hubs
5100 Series Bilstein Shocks
35x12.50R17LT BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A Tires

Exterior:
Ujoint front bumper
Warn VR12000 winch
Two roof solar panels- runs the interior and exterior lights, water pump, stereo etc.
Rear and side exterior lights
Front Rigid 20" LED light bar
Rear spare tire carrier (swings)
Rear roof ladder

Interior:
Microwave
Sink
10 gallon fresh water tank
Fridge
Rear AC
Seaward 6 gallon hot water heater with hot/cold spray hose in the rear
Inverter
Rear bench seat folds down into bed
Pop-top with bed above
Plenty of storage in main cabin (sliders with shelves, cupboards and undersink)
Rear under floor storage
Cloth interior
Loncoin flooring
Passenger side swivel seat
Pioneer stereo

From Ujoint's website (when they did the 4x4 conversion in 2015):
“Super nice SMB alert! This E350 5.4 has lived a nice life as a 2wd SMB until we got our hands on it! 6" lift, Stage 2 front axle w/RSC upgrade, 35" BFG AT's, flares, single 5100 series Bilsteins, flares, UJOR front bumper with a Warn VR12000 & Rigid 20" light bar, 4.88 gears, NV271. Love the color!”

Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to know. I’ve never used the microwave and/or inverter but have used everything else and can attest to solid working condition. We did notice the rear AC doesn’t blow as cold as we would like and had the local Ford dealership check it out - they said the main system is running solid and maybe have an RV Dealer check out the rear (I believe it’s a Starcool Brand).

It’s such a sweet rig, would love for it to go to someone who can enjoy it more than we did!

We have a clean title in hand and are asking 49k but willing to entertain offers.
