• Toyo AT 285/75 R17 have only 5,000 miles on them
• Reason for selling is I’m 66 years old, and it has been a great 10 year run with the SMB – I maintained the heck out of her, and she never let me down. No real hard core off road use, mainly getting me to the ski hill and always felt safe and comfortable camping in her – I will shed a tear when she goes – lot of old memories there

The van is nearly identical to mine which I had made for me in 2007. Even have the same mini Tibetan Prayer Flags inside! So sorry that you are giving her up. Not me. I'm heading to Lone Pine, CA and then Death Valley for a week this week.

My wife brought back the mini Tibetan Prayer Flags from Nepal and pretty much first thing we added to the SMB. I guess great minds think alike!

I guess I could always use a spare/backup van in the driveway.

Actual sportsmobiles always have belts for the bench seats. We owners just hide them so it isn't cluttered looking

Yes, as "simplesez" mentioned belts are there, just out of view.
