Aluminess rear bumper pictured above has road rash on the sides. It was taken from our previous van after a rollover (distracted driver t-boned us). It mounted up without a problem and swing arms work just fine. A testament to the quality of Aluminess products! I was going to clean it up and either powder coat or rhino-line it, but it stopped bothering me. It's not a pristine pavement queen - these vans were meant to get used! There's some other dings, chips and mountain pinstriping.

Yeti Solar Panels (2) on roof are 100w each, not 50w as stated at the top. Total solar is 200w.

Interior Pics. Tan seats were switched from previous van - Driver was power lumbar, and passenger seat was on the swivel base. The seats were in better shape than those that came with this van, and with the tan pop-top canvas, I figured it didn't stand out as much...

More pics...
Roof has "helicopter tape" around perimeter of pop-top where it rubs.

Spring tension was adjusted (shortened 2 chain links) to make the roof easier to put up, to offset weight of the solar panels and Thule bars.
