That’s a great setup, where are you located?
We have a friend that is just starting to look, this might be a good fit.
Is there enough headroom to be able to use the stove without popping the top and moving the upper platform?
Solar? Wired up for it at least?
Cabinet to be able to fit a porta potty?

We are located in Waco, Texas.

There is plenty of head room depending on your height. We almost always cooked with the panels in place. My wife stands up no problem. At 6' 2" my head is slightly tilted down while cooking but was never an annoyance since I was looking at what I was doing anyway. So maybe 6' 1" with panels in place.

We opted for no solar with initial build but CCV said with our setup it would be easy to add roof mounted or portable panels.

We use a porta potty and keep it between cabinets typically at back of van while driving and right behind seats at night. Still plenty of access to fridge and drawers.

Update: Transit is a T350 not a T250.
