SOLD: 2020 Transit 130wb med roof ecoboost cargo van

We've decided to sell our 2020 shop van. Realistically, we have too many customer projects lined up for the foreseeable future with zero time for our personal vehicles so rather than this van sitting empty, someone else can build it out. This is a very well optioned short wheelbase cargo van (window sticker attached). Ordered in 7/2020, took delivery from Crewvanman in 12/2020 (great experience btw).

I upgraded the headlights to the factory Bi-Xenon HID units and added in a factory vinyl floor mat in the back but otherwise the van is completely stock.

-Blue jeans metallic/dark palazzo grey cloth interior
-Factory swivel seats driver/passenger
-Factory navigation sync 3 system
-Rear heat/AC
-Oregon registration good until 3/25
-Currently 5100 miles on odometer

New owner would get first dibs on some of the parts I had already purchased for the build.

This is our second 130wb ecoboost mid roof. Really love this size of van. Very nimble and fun to drive. Easy to park, fits in most drive-thrus. Have averaged 17-18mpg in mixed city/highway driving.

Van is located in Newberg, OR (~30min SW of Portland).
$45,700

Because I feel comfortable sharing a bit more with this forum vs. FB and other forums...let me also note that my nearly 20 year old house decided that, starting last summer, pretty much all of the major appliances, the roof, the exterior paint, the entire HVAC system, the garage door, water heater, driveway concrete (cracks that cannot be ignored), shop door AND lawn sprinkler system would simultaneously fail, or begin showing signs of failure, making any "shop van build out" plans a lower priority.

I'd keep the van if there were any chance I could get to it this year but it's not gonna happen. Such is life...

I'm not in an immediate need but I've been thinking a lot about a particular powertrain swap into an Eseries.... Maybe next year. I've got complicated projects stacked up like cord wood around here.
