I checked out the arm and I think it would be tough to ship via UPS. They typically want things boxed and this is pretty big.

The swingarm is for the E series rear bumper. Measuring the inside distance between the swingarm hinges is very close to 24" so your setup would need to work with that. Pretty much no hardware is included so all of that would need to be sourced.
