Very good to excellent condition. Very little surface rust, but functions perfectly. Rack, retractable attached cable lock, hitch lock, 2 keys, and securing straps included.
Sturdy design. Holds 4 bikes. Swings out of the way even with bikes mounted so you can access your rear cargo area. Arms fold down as well when not in use to save space.
No install required. Just plug into your standard 2" hitch receiver and you're good to go.
