Sorry, I see that now. I was looking at the post on Tapatalk and it doesn't show your location like the Web forum does. Look for a PM soon. I'm surprised the cost was that high... I've shipped bicycle wheels cross-country and they are usually under $50. Probably the same size box.
Brian, UPS says to ship it to Philadelphia is $67.99 already boxed....an extra ten dollars for insurance..$52.16 to box it. I could probably find a box for it somewhere and wrap it myself......A better way may involve some driving but something to think about......My wife and I will be traveling into western PA in a couple of weeks or so to her sisters home that's near Connelsville about 30 min from New Stanton exit 8 on the turnpike. I can meet you maybe mid day that Sunday. In the meanwhile I'll keep an eye out for a box, Gary.
