There was a 2010+ (Think it was '12) Black V10 E-350 EB V10 Cargo for sale in Tampa a few weeks back from a dealer... Think it had a scuff above the exhaust, likely something that could be buffed out or wouldn't be noticable. Think they said it was a Gov't vehicle. 15K miles, $17K or so.

There was also an all-options twin to this van that was white and 15 passenger. If you're looking to avoid all the windows, there is a company that sells aluminum blanks that can be painted to match... I suppose they might look a little odd, but they retain the utility of being able to pop out or open quite wide, depending on how you have them set up.

If you help with the search criteria, there are many people who could likely find you what you're looking for quite quickly.

This wasn't the black E350 from Tampa that I remember...

But Florida seems to be a gold mine of low miles, late model Econoline vans...

I would say that whoever took photos for the dealership needs fired though... Trying to take pictures of the van by pointing the camera at the sun. Really hard to tell what's the sun, whats a reflection, and what might be paint damage.
