Is there any interest in a used pop top ? I'm thinking about a voyager top if the numbers make sense. Any idea on what a used penthouse is worth ? I would love any and all input and opinions...... Thanks in advance.
I've seen the manual PH's listed for $1000-$2000 over the years. CCV just listed one in the classifieds a month or so ago. You'll likely get a higher price if you are in California as demand seems to be higher and shipping one is likely to be a PITA and expensive.
I paid $2K for my manual RB top and I had to remove it from the donor van. It was in very good shape with no issues from a 2003 van.....
CCV just sold a power EB top off of an '08 for $2K; that seemed like a smokin' deal.......at least that's what he was asking.....
Rallypanam picked one up from a burned van in a junkyard for real cheap, and bought fresh canvas from SMB to replaced the burned up canvas........that's the cheapest deal that I've heard of.
Used PH tops are rarer then hen's teeth so you should have no issues selling yours.
It is a manual off my 02 EB in all my pics it also has an aluminess with double slats up top, obviously the rack would have to go with it. I'm in Utah but have a daughter in Oceanside so a So Cal drop might be an option. (The van was garaged until 2013)
