WTB- Aluminess tire carrier

Starting to search for an Aluminess tire carrier. Preferably with 8x6.5 bolt pattern, but not a deal breaker without. Trying to save a few bucks off buying new from Aluminess to save some money for other van projects.

I知 in Phoenix, but would be willing to drive a few hours to pick up or meet halfway, SoCal, Vegas etc.

Let me know what you致e got, thanks!

you'll want to keep your eye on SoCal craigslist. I have bought 4 off there, but they go really quick. Less than 24 hours in my experience, especially when priced right.

Copy that, thanks for the heads up. I'll keep my eyes peeled. If you come across any I can kick back a finders fee.

Bumping this, I知 still on the hunt. I saw the Trojan carrier that was just posted, but it looks like it might already be spoken for.

I have a Trojan tire carrier for sale with same bolt pattern. It’s the same as an Aluminess. I’m in KansasCity but we can check on shipping, it weighs 31 lbs..
Asking $500.

Trojan=Aluminess. SMB called them Trojan but they were built by aluminess in their factory.

I知 aware of that. Problem for me is bolt pattern on the Trojan is fixed. I知 8x6.5 currently but am planning 4x4 down the road and will likely go to 8x170 and I prefer to not have to modify the carrier. Aluminess has an adapter plate that痴 easily swapped.

I’m not sure about the 4 x 4 but this is the same set-up as the Aluminess rear bumper with tire carrier that I just put on my 4x4 SMB. Good luck.
