I can only line up the grille with the fenders and they don’t have any support in the front.
What about using rivet nuts?

A small update. I got the composite headlights in the mail to only open it up to the drivers mounting tab broken. I called and they are shipping another headlight to me. I should receive it today.

I got busy with work and family. Summer vacation and lot of fam visiting. I will also swing by the dealer for some brackets I were bent from the guy I purchased from. Once I get both of those items I can do the after shots.

Please post a parts list if you have time as well. Your thread has encouraged me to seriously consider this modification.

I'm looking at buying this worn out cab chassis to do the swap on my '98 although I'd prefer the black grill and bumper.

NoR32, Any update info (pics/video) to post on the front end swap?

Here is my vid. It may not be perfect but it’s a first of a how to. Also I still need to make the spacer for the hood latch.

Thanks for the video. If you don’t want the black headlights, how much would you want for them?

Here is the video I just posted. Looking back I didn't address the Hood Latch and Lighting in the video. I must have been in a hurry to get the vid done. I'll do another one with both things addressed.

Excellent, thanks for posting !
Picked up a 2012 full front clip a couple weeks back... now I need to find some time to do the switch.

The DirtVan is coming along nicely!
