@Steelheadjones - See if Tufport makes something you like. I’m trying to put together a group buy to save on shipping. They could likely place the RB top on the bottom of the crate inside the EB tops if you want in?

I was all set to buy a Tufport top.
But the tow bill across the border was an additional $1k. Not worth it to me at this time.
I’m in Seattle. Can they drop one along the way?
Are you familiar with their installation procedures?

I don’t think they could drop one, as they are all physically strapped into 2x4s and bracing. I’ll ask though.

As for the installation, I’ve never done it, but it can’t be that cosmic. I guess I’ll figure it out and post up photos when I do it!

Thanks Michael. In case you guys haven't seen a Tufport in the wild, check out the self build member Pucry did for his friend. Some beautiful work there.

I have to admit, I do like the look of the Tufport. But the loss of height (the front section is just over 72" before insulation while I'm 6'1") has me leaning toward Fiberine. I want to be able to stand up full height without thinking about it.

Fair enough. Up to you, at half the cost of the fiberine, that consideration is worth it to me. Plus most of the lower section is over the drivers seat anyways.

No worries though, I’m sore you’ll be stoked either way.

We’ve got two so far, 3-4 makes the shipping most cost effective. Looking for 1-2 more who want a brand new awesome fiberglass top for a bit more reasonable.

Talked with them today, working 6 weeks out for tops. He’s happy to ship multiple to one location so we can save a bit.

I probably would have been in were this a few months ago...however I could never get a good reading on how tall the back of the top was. 24"? 28"?
