Hi, not to steer you away from a sportsmobile but maybe you might want to look at a used Roadtrek 190 with 4x4 which are somewhat rare or add 4x4 to it. They come standard with a bathroom, shower, kitchen and some layouts can accommodate sleeping 3 with a hardtop. I at one point was looking at this for my wife. If you search roadtrek 190 4x4 and go to images there are a couple nice conversions. Good Luck.

2006 Chevy sportsmobile motorhome Duramax Diesel camper

Not 4x4 but could be added. This has been advertised for a long time and the price recently came down.

Thank you!

I'm not stuck on SMB if I'm going to do a conversation, but I'm both not aware of the Chevy reliability and they also don't look as beefy and cool as a nice Ford SMB 4x4 ツ

Got-ya, I'm actually a Ford person too. The Chevy Duramax motors of this period are rock solid unlike the Ford 6.0 Diesels, and the GM gas motors are fairly reliable as well. Good luck.

Good to know, thank you. 4x4 conversion would likely be $20k+ so I'm wondering if that would be a good investment here.

I really appreciate the suggestions! Truly.

I've found an apartment to rent for another few months to buy myself some time until I can #vanlife full time, so the hunt will continue ツ

Garage
Thats a nice Roadtrek 4x4, with very low mileage. Throw in some Aluminess bling, and a slight lift to compliment new wheels & tires you'll have accomplish this:
