My van doesn't have much of an interior but it is already setup for living out of (dual batt system with solar and a fridge) and would cost a little over half of your budget so you could sink 35k into an interior if you wanted. I decided not to finish out the interior due to everyone wanting something different on the inside to meet their needs.
