That one looked quite nice.....
I saw that one right when it was listed and emailed the seller. Seller finally called me back 2 days after I emailed him and I offered him full price. He told me he would hold it for me until tomorrow. I offered to wire him a deposit, but he didn't want it and said to come up and it would be here. I ran around getting everything everything in order for me to leave first thing in the morning, then got a call saying he sold it today to someone else. Second time this has happened to me!

I e-mailed (also right after it was listed) and never got a reply. Was feeling minorly miffed, but your experience is so much worse! I'm sorry that happened to you.

Yes, not responding to emails I can sort of understand.. Good deals on these sometimes get people overwhelmed. But promising to hold it and then not holding it, that's annoying!

One van I sold last year I had a verbal agreement and then got several offers for more money.. But I figured the extra $1000-2000 wasn't worth the bad karma.. so the original deal took it home.
