WTB - SMB or CCV w/ Forward Rear Seats

Hi All! I've been on the hunt for a clean SMB or CCV for a while. Must have penthouse pop-top and forward facing rear bench and/or captain seats. Need to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Dry vans welcome although I'm very flexible on equipment. Seating layout is most important. Preferred layouts include RB21, RB42, RB50, RB55, EB27, EB31, EB50, and the EB51. My pocketbook doesn't prefer 4x4 but it sure does like healthy MPGs.

I want to cast a wide net but also know the first post will ask my price range so ... up to $25k, but if the van is really good fit for me, I have the flexibility to go higher. I've seen some nice ones in the low teens that would work real well for me.
