WTB: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
Just found a brand new F45s awning in Denver on CL, now I desperately need a way to mount it. Z is all out of his mounts....Help!!
Wondering if SMB's mounts can be modified by adding a backplate to mount them to the gutter? I'm not mounting them through the van sheet metal, anyone have luck with using the VW gutter mounts and adding SMB's front mount bracket.

Try to contact Alex "Witoke" I know he's got a set that he wanted to sell. Good luck.

Re: WTB: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
Yes, had payment sent for them, I guess they were the prototypes, in the end he said they were too far off the production ones and needed too much twerking....(oh, yes), my words not his
Still looking, I may just have to have someone fab something in the end...

Re: WTB: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
The sale of the awning fell through, crazy how these things happen. I finally had found an awning at a decent price, a brand new one at that, only to not have the brackets to mount them, then during my frantic search not knowing how I was going to mount the thing, the seller backed out.
Thanks all for your input and replies on helping me find a set. I too would like to see these brackets back in production, as someone had mentioned on Z's thread, it would be nice if SMB recognized that this design is far superior to the crappy brackets they sell.....Alan, you listening.......

Re: WTB: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
If any one is in need of Fiamma mounting brackets, only the aluminum extrusion parts that the awning hangs on, I have a set. Had to buy them for an awning I came across and then ended up not using those particular ones.
