I'm certainly interested and following, but even if someone offered me a straight-up trade for a new Bronco for my Bronco, I'd turn it down. Now adding a new Bronco to my fleet, that would be a different story, though I did read the top option package can push the cost to $60K.

Interesting. I actually like the looks of the 4-door better.

Stoked on these finally being revealed. I've been working on the turbos/boosting system for them for years now through Garrett. At this point I'm quite relieved the program is still a go after all the Covid nonsense.

I understand where you're coming from. I had a JKU Rubicon until recently and I do understand the appeal of the 4 door. The last sentence was my unimportant opinion on looks but I stand by my other statements. I think it's pretty obvious they just made it to compete with Jeep, and they should. Jeep essentially has no competitors.

As I understand it, Jeep sells far more 4 door Wranglers than 2 door, so I'm sure Ford took that market trend into consideration.

I watched a video that stated the price for the base model with factory steel wheels starts at approximately $28,500 MSRP plus destination fees. That seems like a fair price in todays market. But then they went on to say that the price jumps dramatically the minute you choose one of the other models above the base model. If i recall correctly the next model above the base model jumped to $37,000 and went up higher with each trim level after that. I guess im old school because i simply cant justify paying $40,000 and up for any motorvehicle regardless of how cool it appears. Be interesting to see what the actual differences are between models though.
I will wait and buy one used, let someone else take the hit.

I doubt that the majority of people that are interested in purchasing one of these new Broncos are going to be interested in a base model.

Thats a rediculous assertion. Thats like claiming no ones going to buy a base Jeep wrangler X because they can get a Sahara or Rubicon for an extra $20 grand, or no ones going to buy a six cylinder mustang because theres a Mustang GT available for another $15 grand or even a shelby for another $60 grand.

That's an awfully harsh response to an innocuous opinion posted by RandalDee. He didn't say no one would buy it, he said he doubted the majority of buyers would.
