Re: Canadian Members?

There are a few, there are also people in Washington and Montana (near Glacier). I'm only 14 hours away myself.

But CARB is only California, right? Is there some reason I can't get cans in Colorado because of them? Isn't heading across the border and bringing back 100+ cans going to raise some eyebrows? How does selling and distributing work? Wouldn't somebody already be doing this if it was feasible?

Re: Canadian Members?

Unfortunately CARB is no longer just California.

The issue is with retail selling the non-carb compliant cans in the US.

It is ok to own them.

There are no import restrictions.

The Scepter cans are currently available for purchase in Canada.

The distributor I have been talking to is ready to sell, but not to an address in Texas.

If we can purchase them and have them initially shipped to a Canadian address, then we can re-distribute from there or import and then re-distribute.

Re: Canadian Members?

What about Mexico? Got some permanent addresses down in Mexico.

What about on site pickup in Texas, sold to Canadian or Norwegian fellow?

Canadian Members?

J

I think cost likely goes up with an initial shipment to MEX, and I am not going anyplace close to the border around here.

The is a backup plan to see if we can bill thru a third county and deliver to the US, but I have my doubts.
