My experience with the DJI drones is that they are very easy to fly. Finding places you are legally allowed to is the hard part. The latter didn't line up with where i liked to camp and therefore I returned my Mavic Pro before my return window had expired.
O fcourse most people just say screw the rules and fly them everywhere, YMMV
I have no experience with the Spark. Several years ago I had a DJI Inspire then sold it because I was not using it. Now have a EVO that I like a lot from Autel.
While DJI is the leader in drones my experience with them as a company is not good. Poor customer support, my data was collected and stored on their servers, had batteries die under warranty that they did not replace.
