Flex test..failed!

I just got done with a Prodogy electric break controller and was off to the back yard to test it out. Well...I got sidetracked and decided to run the van up the RTI ramp to test it's flex. It flexed like a brick!

Next I backed on to get a rear flex and a shot of the hitch I welded and the bumper got hung on the top of the ramp. It would not budge and the right rear tire was a foot in the air!

I had to fetch the tractor and with it maxed out and help with a huge pry bar it poped free.

I love that old tractor.

It's a 2002 V10 E350 Salem Kroger vehicle built for the goverment to be a camera and computer rig of some sort.. I think the front is stock F350 and the rear has an extra leaf or ??? It has air bag over rides on the rear and stout front and rear sway bars. I'm not worried about the lack of flex. I may see how it does with 33" tires and call it good. 3:73 gears (yuck) and open differentials so I may throw a lunchbox locker in the front to help it along. I have off road rigs for Colorado trails so this is my camper / tow rig. It's well loved even if it can't flex!
