At an on-ramp to I-81 North in Maryland. The top signwas probably written by an engineer. The bottom sign, obviously added on, the clarified version by an editor.

As seen in the bathroom of Bright Angel Lodge in Grand Canyon a few months ago. Just how dumb are people that they need to be told not to drink from a toilet? I'm glad the Park Service is here to protect us!

I can't remember where I saw this sign on one of my travels searching out ghost towns in Nevada. I guess this is for those shooters who reload their own ammo.
