Congrats on your purchase and on your move to New Mexico. I thought you were the one who recently moved to the Las Cruses area. Two weeks ago when we were getting snowed in up here in Colorado Springs your town crossed my mind as I thought the weather was probably pretty decent. I almost pointed the van south to try to escape winter. Enjoy all that pretty stainless goodness.

I'll be in the area this summer probably. Can I stop by with my growler?

RV garage has a 220V outlet and a half bath.

Sold my three-barrel system a few years back when I realized the local brewpub was selling me more beer than I was making. Still, there's nothing quite like the whole process: smells, the beauty of the heat exchanger and the temp drop, the subtlety of balancing ingredients... . I still have my CO2 cylinder as I was going to start casking when I bailed. Also have several years worth of Zymurgy magazine I haven't parted with. Funny how you can always find more to do with a hobby, although I'm not sure hobby is the right word for home brewing.

Enjoy and best of luck.
