Interesting vehicle from Germany(?)

We saw this in Dawson City last month doing laundry. I have googled IGP but found nothing.
The top pops up like a Westfalia (back high, front hinged).

The rear opens like a minivan, clamshell style, hinged at the top.

It seemed like a neat vehicle for two.

I think they were German however when I went back to talk and take more pics, they were gone.

Re: Interesting vehicle from Germany(?)

The German website for this vehicle has Kokopelli on their featured rigs.

I didn't know that the Anasazi got all the way over to northern Europe!

Wow, they do conversions on Toyotas, VWs, Mercedes, Rovers,... oh to have so many options here in the US.

Re: Interesting vehicle from Germany(?)

I hope SMB follows a similar path based on a Ford or chevy platform if the E-series is history.

Re: Interesting vehicle from Germany(?)

There are several companies doing these kind of conversions...
Smaller size than a SMB and for 2 sometime 3.
