I've never been to Thailand, so...

the best Thai food I've ever had was yesterday on the way to Jackson, WY on Idaho state route 30 (that's right, I said Idaho). It's on the east side of Lava Hot Springs, ID (that's right, ID) called Riverwalk Thai. The chef is a fellow somewhere between 60-600 and definitely knows what he's doing. I've had Americanized Thai food all over the west, this is, I would say, authentic and outstanding. You'll have to ask for spice though. Did I mention it was in Lava Hot springs, ID?

Yum

So if you're driving your SMB to Jackson, Yellowstone or the Tetons...

there is only one, a hole in the wall, that the wife
ever wants to go back to ....

That place is great. My wife and I love going there but haven't been in a while. Now I'm jealous and am going to have to take a drive.

I'll wait for Nings review Rob . Still, I don't mind Americanized food.
