New type of wood for van builds

I've been doing a little research on what types of wood to use for the interior of my van.

I had kinda settled on Baltic Birch, until I found Ostrich Wood:

That's a good one! Even after being a woodworker for 20 yrs I am still amazed by what you can find in the grain patterns

That deserves to be framed and hung on your wall.

Oh man---for reasons too lengthy and involved this is a hilarious and knee-slapping comment!

I “wood” have bought that board immediately & framed it. Story behind that from Many years ago: we did a drive through wildlife tour at a preserve outside of Dallas TX. We were initially instructed to keep hands inside and windows up, but we failed those instructions half way through. As we were both intently gazing out the drivers window at a Rhino, an ostrich poked its entire head well into the vehicle passenger window - that was one frighteningly huge and ugly head - scared the crap out of us. Wife went from passenger seat to my lap in an instant. One of those experience you’ll remember vividly the rest of your life.
