Look at the video about 1:30 in. There's a white rolled 4x4 van.

Are you talking about the white van with the raised roof? I don't know if that's an SMB necessarily, maybe just an RV conversion with a raised roof. The video was too jittery for me to see clearly.

If we are talking about the white ford with the new style front end, looks like 4x4, I don't think that was a fiberglass top at all, looked like a std metal roof to me.

Yeah, you're right regarding the rolled van. I was looking at the van in the background with a raised roof (@ 1:30 - 1:33 in video).

I thought so too. Also saw the raised top van. Love the bill collector call towards the end- who'da thunkit?

It's a pickup. Tip off is the headlights. F-series has amber reflectors across the middle between headlights and turn signals. E-series headlights leaves this spot in-filled for mounting strobes.
