San Diego Police Dept 4x4 van!

This is at OMBAC's Over the Line tournament; July 14 2012.
I should have stood someone next to it for scale. I think the tires were 35"
It is probably very important to have this thing exactly level.
It has quite the POP-TOP!

So about all of you who prefer a manual penthouse lift over an electric lift....

I'm surprised it only has outriggers on the front and back, and not side-side. Seems like the lever action of the raised box would tend to the sides. I wouldn't want to be up there in even a small wind.

A stiff wind or some hoodlums would tip this thing over in a second. Not to mention, cops are out of control with surveillance and snooping. We've lost a lot of our civil rights over the last decade in the name of National Security. Now, even typing these words can draw attention. Not good. I'll go outside and wait for the drones now.
