Re: Send good vibes

A dark cloud has rolled across this forum and taken Jamie from us.

I trust he is in a place where fuel is free, bolts don't strip, circuits don't short, and there is no speed limit.

My thoughts are with his family too. What a loss his passing must be.

Thank you for all the advice Jamie.

Gavin

Re: Send good vibes

This forum has lost an extraordinary asset. We never met Jamie but felt we knew him, just from our daily visits to the forum. What stands out the most, beyond his wealth knowledge and willingness to offer advice or solutions to anyone, even your step-siblings, the Sprinter Folk, was his kindness. A truly Good Man. Jamie will be missed. Our Blessings go out to Suzann and Jamie's family.

I'm so incredibly sad to read this. I've been following this topic since the day it was posted and hoped for good news every day. My condolonces to Suzann and the rest of your family. My thoughts are definitely with you and this is just another reminder that life is too short.

Re: Send good vibes

Damn sorry to hear that. Jamie is currently the 20th most active member of the forum, he clearly touched many people, sharing and contributing just through this one small facet of his life. I've been following this for the last few days with held breath wishing the best.

Very sorry for the loss. He'll be sorely missed round here.

Re: Send good vibes

We shared a campsite and dinner with Jamie (1st time meeting him) at the Hungry Valley OHV meetup a few weeks ago. He brought s'mores supplies and his s'mores griller with him. We had never seen a s'mores griller (or even knew one existed) and got a big chuckle out of how unique the contraption was. I think we hurt his feelings when we refused, but he insisted, around 20 times, that we take it with us.

A good guy. We're saddened by the loss.

Damn. I didn't know him but I have come across a zillion of his posts over the last few months while researching for my build. I thank you, brutha, for your efforts to help this community.

Peace to those he left behind.

I never met Jamie but felt the loss like everyone else on the forum. I followed this thread from the beginning, hoping for good news that never came. Rest in peace Jamie. You will be missed.
