Re: SMB Sightings

The white SMB black hood mask in RMNP was probably us. If it had two blue mountain bikes on the back.We spotted several SMB's on the road.Saw a white SMB with a trailer carrying a 4x4 on it around Wolcott CO on 7/13 . Saw a white SMB in Moraine Park campground on 7/16. Saw a Sprinter SMB on I 70 on 7/19. Saw a tan SMB on7/19 going North on the 550 , you flashed your lights. I was suprised that I did not see one Earthroamer in CO,being that it their home base. We also more Toyota FJ than we could count on the 550 between Ouray and Durango.

Re: SMB Sightings

Spotted a white 4x4 EB SMB window van with pop top hauling a trailer full of dirt bikes by the Knoxville Airport yesterday. Had 35's or 37's on it, it was big. He must've been lost.

Re: SMB Sightings

Several this week in Bend, Oregon. A nice Baja tan at the Old Mill District on Monday 7/21, and a white ~2000 at REI/Old Mill on Wednesday 7/23. And today, Saturday 7/26, a silver SMB at Wanoga for some mountain biking and an Ibis demo. Didn't stop to talk with anyone , but good to see you out and about.

Re: SMB Sightings

Well not really a SMB sighting but an Admin sighting. Saw Herb (BroncoHauler) walking out of a hotel in town. OK he was traveling through town and we went to grab some dinner

I resemble that remark.

Thanks again for your company during dinner. The mesquite prime rib was fantastic!

Re: SMB Sightings

You got lucky on the weather, totally overcast right now and 100 degrees. So much for that dry 103+ heat you were subjected to Saturday

Re: SMB Sightings

While I was going to work, you were probably going out to play in the desert or mountains...

White SMB (looked like a 4x4, but passed too fast) with pretty dark tint job traveling north on the 14 Fwy in Santa Clarita, CA.
Anyone from this forum?

Re: SMB Sightings

I just got back from a 2300 mile trip, San Diego to Denver and back via I-15 & I-70. The only Ford SMB I saw the entire time is when I looked out my 3rd floor hotel window last Saturday or Sunday morning and there was a dark grey EB window van with pop top and bumpers (4x4?) fueling up at the gas station at Speer and Zuni in Denver. Nary a one on the road.

Re: SMB Sightings

I was coming home from Tahoe last Saturday and had to cut from 5 over to 101. Took the 41/46 route and rode most of the way behind a tan sprinter Sporty with a poptop.
