That was me. But it is a Trail 110. The big boy. 5.6 horsepower from the factory.

Ran into GrumpyBadger at Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone a couple of days ago! Although it wasn't my first on the road encounter of a fellow Forum SMBer. Did I just read something similar?

Good to meet you Steve. Hope your travels back to Denver went well.

Re: SMB Sightings

While on the roof of the van to pull and reseal my fantastic fan I felt like I was being watched. Sure enough when I went to sit inside to cool off I could see a car parked out front of the house. The car left and then came back...hmm. Stalker? A few minutes later as I come out of the garage I see a lady waving at me by the street. I approach with caution until she says "Hi, I am a fellow Sportsmobile owner!"

With that we were instant friends lol. We checked out my van and chatted for a few minutes. She showed me a couple photos of her rig and my stalking fears subsided. Turns out her and her hubby are already members on the forum "Playoutside". I confessed I had done the same thing to another SMB owner in the past and thought it was great she stopped and said hello.

Look forward to meeting up with Anette and her hubby in the future.
Eric

Lady stalkers. Even better. I love it when the tables are turned.
