Re: SMB Sightings

I was going up Banner Grade (highway 78 West to Julian) yesterday afternoon and a white SMB was coming down. No time to look for distinguishing marks as I was negotiating one of the many corners. May have been a 4x4.

Re: SMB Sightings

Coming home from Boise saw a tan 4x4 SMB with double ladders on the driver's side. SMB was heading West on I-84 about 20 miles west of Burley at 1:00 this afternoon. Anyone on the Forum?

Re: SMB Sightings

About 15 minutes ago I saw a newer greenish SMB 4x4 flying north bound through south Modesto on highway 99. This van was loaded, PH, bike rack, ski rack, baja on the bumper and Yakama box on top. When I caught up to it I saw a rental sign on it. Wish I could have got the phone number. The most tricked out rental I've seen yet.

[Edit] I think this is the rental company. I don't know anything about them:

Might be a good way to see if you want to purchase one but I'll bet it's an expensive item to rent

Re: SMB Sightings

I passed a good looking EB Ford pop top SMB on I-40 between Nashville and Memphis late Friday night. You were sticking out like a sore thumb in Tn! And you've got a headlight out, but nice to have you in our SMB starved state.

Re: SMB Sightings

saw a white rb passenger 4x4 on top of the teton pass both 2-15/2-16. no poptop but lots of racks for gear, stocker wheels.

then between victor and driggs saw a maroon eb passenger 4x4 on 2-16 about 6-7pm. again, no poptop, but lots of gear racks.

and on way home yesterday saw a smurf blue eb passenger 4x4 headed twords burley from twin falls around 4ish.

probably not people on here, but thought id check.

then we got spotted by the teton pass webcam doing midnight runs...

...ok, so we posed for those two, lol.

White Ford 4x4 with Oregon Surf Shop painted on the side of the penthouse top. Lincoln City, OR. Would have stopped in to visit but did not have enough time.
