White Ford 4x4 with good looking wheels and tires at Tillicum USFS campground south of Waldport. The van had Nevada plates. Got a chance to talk with the owner, nice guy. He is having to do some repairs so told him about the forum and all the help that is available here.

Seen in Skagway Alaska for a couple days, I suspect it belongs to a local there. I was surpurised to see that it had the same winch bumper as I have, and was the only other one I have ever seen. He also had the only other Yukon Territories bear shaped license plate besides the one I have. Anyone here?

Saw a few on the road near Moab. KOA on Moab had cool home brew Chevy w a quigley set up and gtrv top, rear air, after market windows, roof rack and more. Great guy named Steve from Jersey, that might show up here with some request for input on additional Chevy specific mods he wants to do.

That was us, Photographix. When we couldn't float the Escalante River we ended up spending several days hiking the slot canyons. Also did Hell's Backbone and the Burr Trail. That whole area is incredible!
We're moving from Seattle to Durango, so you may see us around more often!

I went though there a few days ago for the first time myself. Really beautiful but no offroad for us this year. We still enjoyed scouting it out and driving that amazing hwy between Bryce and Hanksville. Can't wait to get back there with a 4x.

White 4x4 SMB/Ford with Aluminess bumpers heading south on Mt Torrey Furnace Rd towards Sherando and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We were on bikes heading North. Sweet looking rig. A rare sight in these parts.

On our journey through central Oregon we saw two SMB's at Crater Lake on Sunday, June 26. The first one was a light brown rig which was parked at an overlook and looked like they were going for a road-bike spin through the park. We waved and yelled nice rig and they waved back. On here?
The next one we saw was at Mazama Park.
Victor (Beagle) and Jan from Cali. Got to meet them and talk about SMB's and routes in Idaho. Great folks! Thanks for the cold one!

Sunday... saw two - a tan Ford 4x4 pop top south of Buena Vista, CO; white high-top hard top 4x4 on Cottonwood Pass, CO. Might have been another Sprinter, but I can't pick those out as well.
I'll probably head over to Animas Forks later this week if anyone happens to be going there also. Would love to have someone show me how to maneuver one of these beasts on some of those dicier hairpin switchbacks that are all dug out from the ATVs and dirt bikes. Those scare the tipping bejeezers out of me.
