Re: so i love a crazy mt bike trail, but dang...not this one

Not for me, thanks!

Question: If you have...uh... "male attachments" ... that are large enough to ride a trail like that, how do you fit them on the bike's seat?

No offense to the dudes in the vid but they are riding pretty cautiously. Understandably so, but if exposure is your game I've got to hand it to Hans Rey. http://www.adventure-journal.com/2009/0 ... ary-trail/

It's just mind over matter until you hit the ground.

Re: so i love a crazy mt bike trail, but dang...not this one

Definitely true for me. I'm far from graceful on two wheels and would plummet down the first chance I got. The mind frame those riders must have, inconceivable.

Re: so i love a crazy mt bike trail, but dang...not this one

well, i was graceful at one point in my life on two wheels, but now i do it more for the scenery. weve been riding the same trails in the foothills here for the last 20 years. i knew it was nice up there, but i never discovered how nice till around 6-7 years ago when our group finially slowed down enough to actually see it. people have always called us crazy, but in all reality, we are quite tame by todays standards. in other words, were old now

And then it doesn't matter anymore.

Kris Holm is a bit of a legend. That clip at 1:53 is on the Stawamus Chief in Squamish, on the way to Whistler. Better known as a climbing mecca than a unicycling route. Here is the raw footage of him riding along the crest:
