Re: 'Splain yer handle

I have had the nickname Woody all my life. In the 70"s I lived out in the boonies of south central Montana and we all had CB's. I needed a handle, my last name starts with "B" so I excluded the y and added the B and added two e's just for fun. I have used that handle "woodbee" for many years on all kinds of things.

Re: 'Splain yer handle

OK, so no one said anything about my post. I totally spaced what Rionapo was saying in the first post and explained my license plate, not my handle. Yes, I'm feeling stupid about now.

MKRyan is my handle and YURT is on my plates. My name is Mike and my wife's name is Kris. Last name Ryan.

We're actually fairly intelligent here in Idaho, sometimes we just don't show it.

I do love this thread though. I've wondered about some of the names and their meaning. Thanks for thinking of it Rionapo.

Seems like licenses should be fair game. Yurts are one of my getaway fantasies. We have a friend with one outside Pagosa Springs, CO. Love the openness and simplicity. Just a big, round SMB.

We got on a "J" roll with Jeffrey & Janna then sons Joshua & Jonathan. Now that the little birds have successfully flown the nest, we are back to JJ. Sporty is just our affectionate name for our beloved SMB taking us into adventures in retirement and new grandchildren.

My wife Kathy and I are avid Sea kayakers. Our van, at times is the yak hauler (yakhlr). Our SMB is the best adventuremobile we can imagine.
