Yes, I agree. Otherwise threads may just start being used as leverage to get a settlement. If you don’t want it to be out there for posterity, don’t post it on the Web to begin with. Just because the OP got a settlement doesn’t remove the fact that potential future customers should have access to the info needed to make informed decisions about a vendor.

If we could vote I say leave it. It helps others.

Allan (Sprinter Engineering) and I came to an agreement, part of which involved the removing the video so I am doing my due diligence.

Have a good day!

Hey Rob... can't you go into your post and edit the post to remove the video and/or text?

I agree with you, to me the post does is not complete and does not give an accurate account of what happened without the video.

I would vote to leave it for the future benefit of others.

Think its great you managed to come to a mutual agreement, But cant express how aggravated I'd be if someone didn't make an effort to clue me in before I invested with Bernie...

I hear where you coming from, and when all of this came out, I had people that knew both of us and had said if they had known we where having them build the van, they would have told us not too.

So I totally get leaving the post, I just don't want the to be any confusing as to why the video is now gone, making the post a little confusing, if that makes sense

I thought, I have had several people who also over charged and couldn’t do proper work and it turned out they were dysfunctional through drug use and lost touch with reality.
But I don’t know this guy and he gave you a refund so he doesn’t sound like that kind of person.

So I‘D leave it to warn others.

Be careful making assertions like this on a public forum. You have no way of knowing this, and could be seen as slander. Talking about a business transaction is one thing, casting aspersions like that is quite another.
