Close, but no cigar. I'm from Evanston, Wyoming. Although, after having lived in Vegas for 21 years, it's too cold even in August for my wife and me to visit my family in Evanston. We take our electric blanket whenever we visit. And to think, when I was a kid I could go out in 20 degree weather in my shirt sleeves.

For being so small and inconspicuous. When she pulled up at the Las Vegas Airport, we where shocked at the size . My first thoughts were my neighbors are going to be pissed parking this in my driveway. They have been a challenge since.

Plain and simple. Lots of people don't realize it's a vanity plate. License plates in Cali start with number, letter, number normally.
