I'm getting close to being finished with my van. Yeah, right. Capability wise yes. A heater is the last "major" item for new installation. Maybe a small solar panel. I have a portable 120 watt panel that works well. After that it would be modification of existing elements.
The last modifications were a 3 plus inch lift with Fox shocks, 17" Method wheels and BFB KO2 tires, upgraded tie rods, and bumpers by Weldtec Designs. Jeremy is great to work with and provides excellent customer service. Their work is very well done and I am very pleased with the van. It has been tested pretty well since completion. I highly recommend Weldtec Designs.

Which basket do you have up front there on the roof? I have been looking at storage solutions for my SMB chevy and am already doing Yakima racks on the penthouse, but I love how that basket looks up front. Would be perfect for firewood or camp essentials like the mat.
Looks exactly like where I want to end up with mine. You may have shared this already, but what rear option did you go with? New leaf pack or blocks? And what size tires do you have on it after the lift?

I went with new longer progressive leaf spring packs. Did add an additional leaf. Van has 4.10s so didn't change gearing. Tires are 285/70R17. Seems fine to me and I'm not sure I lost MPG. Ok, probably did in stop and go driving situations. The lift and tires added 5-6 inches.

Great, thanks for sharing. That tire size seems to be just right to my eye for the short wheel base vans and really hits a sweet spot for both on and off road performance. No rubbing I assume?
About how much does your van weigh?

Don’t know weight now, but fully loaded this past winter with 3 people, dog, crate, clothes,ski gear, etc. it weighed 9140.
I have had rubbing behind the front tire a couple times in a full turn with a fair amount of upward articulation. Need a little more clearance there. I will try to avoid those situations when possible.
