A New Twist on the "Pop Top"

Was recently in North Carolina and saw this.

For those out there who might be on the fence as to whether to do the Pop Top conversion this might offer a lower cost solution.

I envision a guy that's heavily motivated to get out and have some fun. I'll bet his personality matches his creativity - a man I'd enjoy sharing a beer with!

Retired engineer guaranteed. No time (or motivation) to finish his project. One of those "cobbler's children have no shoes" type of deals.

The rig is badazz. The execution of the "addition" and "pop tarp" is... shall I say trailer park inspired. But, you do with what you got and this set up works for this guy (or gal). But imagine if you lifted that rig, put some bigger (but not excessive) tires and made the "addition" to match perfect to the current body work. It would be a very unique rig.

With that angle and the wet road, you'd think it would be sliding.
