If using wipers, the law says your lights must be on. But driving around in all this weather lately you'd never know. Most people don't turn their lights on during rain in daylight conditions. Really it's more of an issue with older vehicles that don't have full time running lights even though I think the law says all your regular lights are required to be on. Now they're requiring cell phones be mounted on the dash (only in specific places) and that you can swipe the phone to answer and no more. They'll probably nail me for changing the volume control on my radio.
