Finally a member of the obsession!

Well, after a long and interesting, but fun trip I got my new toy back to Oregon. Here's the cliff notes of the trip. I took a red-eye from Oregon to Fort Wayne, IN, where Nancy at Sportsmobile picked me up after 3 hours of sleep. After a short run through of the van, and unfortunately a dead camera (so no pics), I hit the road on my way back home. Ah, travel in the winter can always be interesting. Terenshal downpour in MO, ice storms in KS, snow in CO & UT, and then more rain in NV on my way through CA. Luckily I have a self contained van, huh! Anyway, after a few days of work in UT, NV, CA (to write off the trip) I finally made it back to Oregon. So here are some pics of my new baby!

Looking good.

Personally, I would opt for some fender flares, both for aesthetics and for function, but it's a matter of personal taste. Sounds like you had a serious road trip, oh I mean business trip.

Nice first adventure in the new ride. And I think it looks great just the way it sits, plenty of time for Add On's.

I want to take a rod trip!

Re: Finally a member of the obsession!

Running boards are first on the list, because my wife can barely get in and out of the van. Bushwackers will follow soon. Thanks!

Doesn't matter. Your spell check would be happy with 'rod trip'. Come to think of I would too!

Hey, River. Where are you at in Oregon? I've got a pair of Dee Zee Brite Tread running boards that I took off my van. One side is a little munged up but could be beaten back out. Probably not what you're looking for, but if you want 'em you can have 'em for free. I'm in Eugene.
