No,no,no, Jage sold me his 305/70/16's (33" x 12.5"). They have been unbelievably good in all conditions. They are the "in-between" of 315-285. I have put 25k on them and see another 5-10k left, plus Jage's est. of 10k before I bought them. So, a total of 40k. I rotate on oilchange schedule, every 5k, and they have not been balanced since I bought them... run smooth as ever.
I had to cut the little pinchweld thingy at the rear of the front f'wells and Jage sawed off a chunk of my OEM bumper to make 'em fit on a 4" Quigley lift.
I see big ol' pouty, whiny skirmishes on this forum about tire brands, yet never a report of failure from a Toyo MT... so I'll be replacing after our 6 week summer of '14 New England tour with the same tire. And, yep, they cost way more than the rest of the field. The best always sells for more
