Awesome though, there's nothing better to waking up to someone baking cookies

Furnace was one of the tougher aspects to find in the build with everything else i required because I live at 8000' and will use it to chase storms and snowmobile and snowboard.

Quite a sweet van! I've considered building a van with an RV stove/oven like that. They take a big bite out of your storage but..............mmmmmmm.......biscuits........

Nice van and congrats!

Nice, another 7.3 joins the Colorado landscape! It may be time to put together a meet up around these parts......will have to wait till later in the summer though, maybe a fall gathering/drive. Congrats on the new rig!

I'll be out in mid August and again the beginning of September sometime. Dates undefined. But I'll join y'all if you put something together!

Re: Joined the SMB family yesterday!!!

Spent the last two weekends getting to know my new rig. I am so glad I was patient and waited for one with the build I wanted. That being said the list of things I would like to do keeps on growing.. So excited about the possibilities with this!! So far we have used all of the features but the oven. The solar setup works flawlessly so far, love having power all night without a generator. Been a lot of rain in Colorado, so unfortunately we spent a lot of time inside the SMB, but that allowed me to really learn how everything operates.

The maiden voyage was with my girlfriend and we went to one of our favorite local camp spots about an hour west of vail. And then this past weekend went on a snowboard mountaineering trip with two of my friends off of independence pass.

Learning how to use the space is going to take awhile. Need to get a bin setup going in the storage areas I have. Also, am going to need a box on top or another ski/snowboard carry by next winter, skis and snowboards on the floor is not ideal.

Mike

Also looking forward to getting new wheels and tires this week before our mountain bike trip this weekend.
