More Noobies....

We purchased our van from a member of this forum last month and are now now living the dream like everyone else here. It is a 2004 rb30ish sk4x4 with a 5.4 gas motor. I used this forum quite a bit getting educated, so thank you all for your wisdom.

We have been camping every week and have already had some great experiences. Here are some pics:

There are tons of forest service roads within a few hours of my house, so we intend to use our rig to get away for a night or two when we can. We also ski, snowboard and snowmobile so we will be sleeping in it to get to the goods early.
Anyway, we thought an introduction was in order since we have been stealing all your experience for the last few months. See ya out there!

We called our friends that have a 4 wheel camper at the last minute and drove up to kirkwood. In the morning we hiked sentinel bowl and skied boot deep pow. Not bad for November!

Re: More Noobies....

Nice! Hard not to get pinstripes on these big vans.
As I live in the trees also, I have to pick & choose what trails to do.
These vans do better in the big wide open.

Looks like you are enjoying!
