Re: New To The Fold INTERIOR!

Nice attention to detail. Flexible layout must have taken a lot of time to figure out.

Re: New To The Fold INTERIOR!

I will also be carrying 2 bikes sometimes... my thought was to put one in backwards. should make it fit a LOT easier.

Love it! Always thought the fold down bed/bunk idea was an interesting one.

Re: New To The Fold INTERIOR!

I don't know if I can wheel a bike up backwards - I'll have to think about that.
Next I will package various loose items for convenient travel.
Cheers

Re: New To The Fold INTERIOR!

Very nicely done. Do you know the manufacture / part# of that window?

On getting 2 bikes in, the bars will probably be your biggest issue depending on size / length of bikes. What I've done in the passed is angle the chocks towards the outside. So roll the bike in straight then turn towards the outside, that will give you enough room to get 2 big bikes in.

Re: New To The Fold INTERIOR!

Shagger, my T-slider window is 44 1/4" x 22". VW21601L is the number, CR Laurence.

My 250 dirtbike is higher at the bars the the Triumph. I hope the 250 bars are above the Triumphs.
We also have two little (his & hers) Mini Trails 70's which will fit easily for rv park rompin.

Some short easy NW jaunts are in our plans!

Hey SheepShagger, do you know what time it is when you see a sheep caught in a cyclone fence???

...Mountain time!

Thanks, I've been searching hi & lo for a drivers side window that actually follows the lines of the van. Could never find one with the slight forward angle your has.

Re: New To The Fold INTERIOR!

Single berth folded up then down. Cross members in place for full width and my convenient storage of the cross members. Virtually no space used up.
I drew up a pattern and my g/f sewed up the bag out of pack cloth.
We have a couple of small sewing projects to eat up winter time.
